Ron and Val Frank joined the Low Desert FCA Team in January 2020. A 29+ year full-time missionary with FCA, Ron assumed the Low Desert Multi Area Director assignment after seven years as the VP of Field Ministry for the Pacific Northwest Region (AK, WA, ID, MT, OR). On September 1, 2021, Ron became the Inland Valleys Multi Area Director as his territory expanded to include all of Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties. Ron began serving with FCA in 1993 as the Greater Chicago Director, and in 2001, became the Lake Michigan Regional Director, overseeing the Chicago area, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Val joined Ron on the FCA staff in 2009 as his Administrative Assistant, and a year later, they were called to Portland, OR to rebuild the local ministry and assist on a state and regional level before assuming the VP assignment in 2012. Together, they are excited to equip the Inland Valleys Staff, Leadership Boards, Volunteers, and Donors to PURSUE the Mission to lead EVERY coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
