We live in an era where there is an abundance of information and resources out there. There are books to read, shows to stream, music to listen to, articles or blog posts to read, videos to watch, podcasts to listen to, social media to scroll… It can be overwhelming!
Have you ever found yourself wondering…
- Is this ______________ (book, show, music, etc.) okay for me to read, watch, or listen to?
- Is it beneficial for me to…
- read this book?
- listen to this music?
- consume this content online?
- Have you ever wondered— Can I trust this…
- author?
- teacher?
- influencer?
- resource?
When there are so many options, how do we know what to choose? How can we be wise and discerning as we engage with constant input?
Join us for a potluck meal, and a laid-back evening to walk through helpful resources and media to keep us focused on Christ. CF ladies, we invite you to bring a dish to share, and bring your middle-school aged and up daughters, friends, and family with as we learn how to better discern for ourselves how to filter through the noise.
